Nestled in a breathtaking area amidst some of the oldest and most scenic mountains in the world, the High Country of North Carolina offers winding country roads, cascading waterfalls, abundant wildlife, and a botanical paradise filled with a variety of plants matched by very few places on Earth. To help our guests take full advantage of this beauty, Blue Ridge Learning Centers partners with several facilities in the area to provide lodging options. If we develop a program for you, you are welcome to find your own accommodations but we very highly recommend these partner facilities:

Blowing Rock Conference Center
High up in North Carolina's High Country between the National Park Service's Blue Ridge Parkway and the Village of Blowing Rock you will find "Your Place in the Mountains". The Blowing Rock Conference Center offers a multitude of lodging options including smaller heated cottages and larger lodges. The Blowing Rock Conference Center grounds are the home to our Discovery Course, indoor climbing wall and high course, and a low group interaction course.

Valle Crucis Conference Center
Secluded in an area of spectacular beauty, the Valle Crucis Conference Center at the Historic Mission School overlooks a peaceful, rural valley in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Valle Crucis Conference Center offers a variety of beautiful and historic lodging options to fit your needs. On the grounds of the Valle Crusis Conference Center we operate an outdoor climbing wall, a high ropes course, and a low group interaction course.

Chetola Resort at Blowing Rock

Chetola offers an 87 acre resort within walking distance of the quaint mountain village of Blowing Rock, neighboring a 3600 acre National Park and surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Guests will find first class accommodations in Chetola's Lodge, Luxury Condominiums or the Bob Timberlake Inn at Chetola Resort.
